Wyoming
Hybrid draw: 75% preference points, 25% random. Antelope.
Idaho
Random draw for controlled hunts. Elk, deer, pronghorn, moose, sheep, goat.
Oregon
75/25 preference-point / random hybrid. Deer, elk, and pronghorn controlled hunts.
Utah
Bonus-point hybrid: 50% bonus pass, 50% weighted random. Deer and elk limited-entry + general-season.
Arizona
Bonus-point hybrid: 20% bonus pass, 80% weighted random, plus 3rd/4th/5th-choice sweep. Deer, elk, and pronghorn.
Montana
Weighted bonus-point lottery: every applicant gets (BP²+1) tickets. Four pools per hunt — (resident/NR) × (regular/landowner). Elk, deer, pronghorn, moose, sheep, goat.
